International hardcore returns to Ashford once again. This time all the way over from Canada we have RUST and MILE END.

RUST are a metallic-hardcore band from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Formed in 2019, Rustgained momentum quite quickly in the Ontario hardcore scene opening for bands likeBacktrack, Billy Club Sandwich and more. After a quick lineup change at the end of 2019,Rust continued on releasing a few singles, a 4-way split and an EP "World Upside Down" thatgained the band a decent following both locally and worldwide. The release of “World UpsideDown” saw Rust sharing the stage with such peers as Madball, Death Before Dishonor,Comeback Kid and Buried Alive among many others. With influences ranging from Terror andHatebreed to Machine Head, Rust delivers a unique metallic hardcore sound that blends theferocity of NYHC and the groove of midwest HC

MILE END is a band on a mission to put Brampton—and their friends—on the musical map. Formed in 2017 by a group of close friends, the band spent the next few years honing their sound, eventually solidifying their identity with support from Brampton’s creative community. Their debut LP is a testament to staying true to their roots, resisting trends, and refining their craft through local connections. With eight hard-hitting, dynamic tracks, the record captures the raw energy of ’90s hardcore bands like 108 and Threadbare, balanced with a modern edge. Each song reflects their surroundings and a vision to build a worldwide hardcore community.
